About Us
The Woodman is directly on the A31 in St Leonard’s, within easy reach of both Bournemouth and Poole. Formally known as the Hungry Poacher, we are opposite the St Leonard's Hospital and offer ample car parking and also take coaches by appointment. We are a big pub, offering good disabled access with a lift into the dining area. We also have a great enclosed children’s play area, making it perfect for the kids. Our excellent two for one pub food offer makes the Woodman the ideal place to bring the whole family, especially our close proximity to local camping and caravan sites with easy access to lovely forest walks.
